You have strengths and weaknesses.
As do I.
Same for everyone.
Most guys brute force everything with their strengths and deal with the limitations of their weaknesses.
A significant number of men try their hardest to improve their weaknesses.
Some guys do a combination of the above two.
Then there are guys like me who “know a guy”.
To be fair I maintain my strengths, while improving my weaknesses.
However, for each of my weaknesses I have, I know a brother who is an expert on that situation.
Why “figure it out” solo when I can lean on him to guide me.
If he’s trustworthy, I can rely on him a bit more to cover my gaps. Think having a solid attorney watching your six to protect all that you’ve worked hard to earn.
This is the key to success for the top men you admire.
They have a team helping them to seem as if everything happens effortlessly for the man.
You need a team as well, right now at your current level.
To start recruiting elders with counsel that suits the modern day, brothers-in-arms as peers to hold you accountable, and soldiers you can trust to do right by you when you need it most.
