Friend, know the difference between a person who freelances and a person who owns a business?
…
Employees.
Business owners employ people.
Employees they empower with respectable wages, direct mentorship and opportunities to grow in their life and career.
I want and need employees.
So … ThatManMax.com is hiring.
As you know, I’m building a business focused on helping leaders build rapport with their audience. A relationship where the leader can empower action takers to invest in themselves.
My approach is all about making a genuine connection, and it is based in email marketing best practices.
Sure it’s fun and games between us in the inbox, but on top of that, every day I’m partnered with coaches, authors and experts. True visionary leaders who do extraordinary things.
Together we partner to:
– Help busy moms get fit and overcome depression,
– Help depressed middle school students overcome social stigma,
– Help women connect to their femininity and be fearless,
– Help families plan and cook nutritious meals,
– Help artist protect their creative property with the right legal team,
– and so much more…
Yes all with email… it’s kinda amazing.
Thing is I can’t do this work by myself.
My team needs right now–
1 – Personal Assistant. Someone to help me manage all my content, conduct necessary research for projects, as well as, manage my creative schedule months out.
2 – Target Marketing Lead. Every month I turn away partners who don’t know their specific market. I want that to end, by having a specialist help us find and test markets.
3 – Freelance Copywriter. I can’t take on every project, and so there is a waitlist. What if you, or someone you know, who wants to master email storytelling, could learn directly from me, and with my guidance, work with my partners-in-waiting.
BONUS: 4 – DJ Skittles. Ideally, I’d have a fourth cat as an in-house DJ. She’d have some silly name like DJ Skittles, and scratch to all my favorite copywriting music like. I really want to hear remixes of MoTown gems.
(That’s right. I won’t invest in new site, but I’d consider comical musical ambience.)
Alas, I’m not there yet.
A man can dream though… a man can dream.
Anyway, {Your name}…
I’d love to pass this extra work to people capable, confident and passionate (Lukewarm people won’t cut it).
If that’s you, or someone you know, let’s talk soon.
All work is virtual too.
Though you’ll still be infected by my irreverent ways.
With your help, I know we’ll go on to support even more people without anyone burning out, and meanwhile, helping my employees grow their careers and ideas.
Can’t wait.
Thank you.
I’m designing a referral reward package around this too. Stay Tuned.
Extra referral rewards, if you use one of the six “matchmaking scripts” found in my book Emails That Earn Quick Replies.
Be well,
Max!
P.S. Actually… if DJ Skittles exists, and she’s into my writing-music stylings, send her my email.
I’ll just have to find a way to make it work in the budget.
