What’s the deal with Snapchat?

Everyone has advice for you.

That’ll never change.

Being discerning with what advice you follow and why is key.

Last month, my copywriting peers pressured me into joining Snapchat. I can’t blame them. I made the choice to dive in, and like everything I do, I made it my own.

But guess what…

They told me I’d “build my audience”… “drive them to my email list”… “grow my business”… “help more people”.

Only that last bit came true.

It’s expected.

Does this mean my Snap days are over?

Nope.

I’m only getting started.

Even though Snapchat is no longer part of my primary marketing strategy, I love connecting with you there.

Plus I share things I’d never have the chance and space to discuss via email (until the podcast comes along. Stay Tuned.).

It’s been more fun to reply to email messages in SC too.

Having the extra dimension of audio and video, with tailored feedback is really helping people.
