The real cost of poor health👇

Right now I’m writing to you from a hospital bed.

As much as I wanted to get work done this week, my health was not in the position to make it real.

That was my shortcoming, and now I suffer for it.

Soon I will be home. Recovering and regenerating my strength to be stronger and avoid this outcome.

However, the missed opportunities are gone.

That’s one week missed of work.

Plus the weeks it takes me to get back to my regular flow.

Missed sales calls.
Missed interviews.
Missed show recordings.
Missed fun with friends.
Missed time with my girl.
Missed chances to travel.
And more that I love to do each week.

There’s more to life than money.

It’s all the stuff we use the money to get: Love, Family, Respect, Belonging, Peace, etc.

Shit happens and this is the real cost.

I bring this up because you may not be chronically ill and enduring multiple blood transfusions like me. BUT you could be cutting corners with your rest, your nutrition, your exercise, and it is not worth it.

Life is hard without having a serious issue limiting you.

Life is double hard when you do have a serious issue limiting you.

However, life is hardest when you are your own worst enemy causing yourself harm on purpose.

Whichever category you fit, snap out of it.

Do something right now to make yourself stronger. A push up, a whole foods meal, an extra hour of true rest. Whatever it takes to give you the feul you need to stay on top of reaching your goals and winning at life.

Do what it takes to get your body right.
