Always be growing your list with quality readers and have emails already waiting for them when they arrive.

It’s not a chicken or the egg situation.

People join your email list because they’re hot and ready to learn from you and use your best work to transform their lives.

Every day they sit on your list without hearing from you, the more they cool off.

By the time you are ready to launch your “perfect product”, they’re lukewarm, or worse, ice cold. Now you have to start all over again.

Solution: build momentum by writing regular emails. Even if you don’t have readers yet.

You can always resend them in the future when you do have readers.

They’d make a fly autoresponder series or safety emails for those days or weeks you don’t want to write too.
