This is a quick PSA:

There are no women allowed in Brother’s Keeper. Some have tried and it never goes well for them.

Bottom line men and women need separate spaces. Did not realize this needed to be said so I’m saying it now.

Guys must have sacred spaces.It is the only time you can be yourself, learn from each other, and grow stronger. Once girls are present men change behaviour. They want to impress the girls in the space so they lie more, or they have the girls in mind to protect them so they are in defense mode.

Either way they are not his truest self.

Inside BK men want to get smarter, stronger, bigger, faster, smoother. So we keep it real. That means no girls allowed.
