Google changes it’s email policies again.

Surprisingly a lot of people use “@gmail” addresses for their broadcast emails.

Sure that’s not you, but others who haven’t paid attention to my daily insights do it often.

However, now when they do it, their bounces and SPAM alerts will increase, which affects their overall deliverability rate.

But again, that’s not you.

But, you do want to connect with readers on a deep level when you can, right?

Using a personal email “@gmail”, “@yahoo”, etc…, can be powerful. It’s how I’ve stayed in touch on an intimate level with my TOP OF MIND subscribers, thus keeping my retention rate at 100% for 4-straight months. AND helping them reach their goals.

When someone replies to your next message, and you genuinely enjoy their feedback, reply from your personal address. (Or one you make up for just these occasions.)

The lesson: In order to appear like a human, you have to act like a human.
