Last week was tough for the world.
Since then I’ve been listening more than ever to my readers, clients, Tomcats, mentors about this topic, and anyone who wants to talk about how they feel.
See I know what I do— help leaders spread their ideas across the globe.
Leaders like you willing to share what they’ve learned, to help ignored people have a voice in this world.
Leaders who take the time to listen to their own feelings as much as seek to understand the audience they want to serve (assuming that audience wants to be helped).
But all that work means nothing if you aren’t acknowledging what people are feeling by being silent on serious topics that affect them every day.
There are two types of leaders. People who lead because they can, and you, who leads because you HAVE TO.
You’re the latter since you know your responsibility in speaking up on issues affecting us all BECAUSE others may not have the ability to do so for themselves.
What’s really cool about this is that you don’t have to be confrontational to do it or divisive (as you’ve seen by my own example).
This is why I work with the clients I have. I don’t care if you sell granola, insurance, brand strategy, copywriting, renewable energy, or anything seemingly trivial or deeply world-changing. What matters is that the person you’re writing to with emails is one human being who deals with these issues and they need to know they have a true ally in you.
But I can’t work with everyone, even though everyone can benefit from my email strategies and business growth techniques and influence building approaches.
That’s why I created TOP OF MIND. A way to help people in times when they don’t know… what to say… but still need to say something instead of being silent.
So no story today, but an invitation to join TOP OF MIND.
This issue I’ma give you the script you need in a special bonus article of how to strategically position yourself so you stand out and proudly lead your audience forward instead of hold them back by doing nothing.
This month we’re starting this new conversation in our private community so you’ll learn in there BEFORE the next issue ships on the 21st.

Be well,
