A part that jumps out is this one story I tell at minute 30:00.
See I didn’t have money for a semester of college, and I had about 3 days to earn $15K or go home to my Haitian mother with shame that I didn’t have a degree.
Pretty heavy.
Meanwhile, my friend’s boyfriend who just opened a Hookah bar in a quaint town that didn’t need one. Worse part, he didn’t have a clue about how to fill it every night to pay his overhead.
Two situations. Very similar. Yet to me, somehow generating income in business made more sense than making money for school. So I combined both problems into one solution.
In less than a week.
I stayed in school, increased profits for the business, and I almost forgot about that until ONO asked me.
