You are the reason people do things for or against you.
Think about it, everything people say to or about you is inspired by YOU.
You motivated them to be kind, mean, gracious, rude, etc to you.
You may not have done it intentionally either. Ever been uncomfortable or extra alert about someone? Most likely they didn’t want to give off that vibe, but they did, and it raised alarms in you.
Knowing this, it is important to stack the deck in your favor so you rarely give off a negative vibe.
This means having a purpose where everything you say and do has a reason. From now on nothing you do is idle or careless.
Want your girl to be more supportive, what can you do to inspire her to want to be that for you?
Want a raise at work, what will you do to motivate your boss?
Want to close more clients, what ways can you inspire prospects to invest in your work and your upsells?
Want to make more gains in the gym, how can you motivate yourself to want to be in the best shape of your life?
Funny thing is, I learned this from my grandmother.
She was a legendary pimp back home who positively inspired and motivated people to be their best for her. All so that she could be well off and take care of her family.
That’s all life is, use leverage to get what you want.
