We’re having a conversation inside BROTHER’S KEEPER, a private men’s group free for men like you.
The topic is David Goggins and other male leaders giving horrible advice to men.
Mr. Goggins brings countless men to my work. For that I am eternally grateful. The guys I meet because of him seem thankful too.
That said once they make it to Take Charge there’s a lot of unlearning that has to happen for them to progress further, smarter, stronger, BIGGER, smoother, faster.
Simply put DG teaches bad habits that counter being successful longterm.
Let’s break it down now.
David Goggins is a self-hating man.
That’s not libel, but how he actually describes himself.
As a result, the path he’s on will lead to major bodily harm and he knows it. Within the decade he will start to taper down because of it.
Many lessons from this.
Lesson here, never take advice from people who hate themselves.
I look at his work and it is everything I talk about BUT he lacks the lessons on emotional control and gratitude.
Obviously because he has no gratitude. Nor does he know how to harness his emotions and guide his feelings to constructive wins.

That said he’s not alone in his League of awful leaders.
David Deida and Jordan Peterson come to mind for similar reasons.
I won’t dig into them today.
Instead be mindful of who you let into your mind to influence your thoughts.
Are they someone who lives how you live?
Are they someone you would want to have as a friend?
Are they good with women or better than you?
Are they following their word or ignoring their own advice?
Are they sincere in what they say and do?
With these 3 men, the answer is no.
The reason these men are so popular is because Society wants you to fail. These men, their books, and their programs will give you short-term gains, but not longterm fulfillment.

Study the people you look to for advice.
Sure you can learn something valuable from any one.
Broken watch and all.
However, in a world with so many leading men who walk their talk, you do not have to settle.
Be careful of the traps Society lays out for you.
They want you weak, lame, and blind.
So they send harmful drones in disguise to get the job done.
