It’s June 1st.
We’re nearly halfway through a wild year so far.
With so many newcomers to this list, I figure it’s good to reset.
1— My brothers call me Knox, ladies call me Papi, and you probably met me at an event, via Twitter, through my book, or one of my many interviews. BIG LOVE to you if a friend referred you to my work.

2— I have Sickle cell, which is a big challenge I face every day. I’m currently focused on managing it better while gaining weight so I can be stronger and more useful to You.
In spite or maybe because of that diagnosis, I run a Twitter Management agency, I date multiple girls at a time, and I travel as much as I can.
I want a rich and full life and this is how I make it real.
3— I invested several years working with other men around mindset. Mostly helping famous millionaires increase their teams productivity and professionalism. In that time I helped thousands of men overcome hardship and kick ass in life.

5- Every week I host BROTHERHOOD, Wednesdays at 7:30 PM ET. The longest running mens-only Twitter Spaces stage where we discuss various topics such as our favorite movies and lessons Dad taught us.

7— I regularly co-host RED SMOKE with my brother David Grund. We talk all things cinema, art, and pop-culture.
8— Throughout the year, I host events to meet you up close and in person. Sometimes free, sometimes not. Always worth it though.
In the past I’ve learned things that put a few grand in my pocket or helped me reach a new health plateau, or made dating even smoother. If I’m learning at my own event, you will too.
In 2022 we will be in NY and TX and FL.
