A couple funny things happened last week:
1- Alex Jones lost a case, and is charged nearly $1 Billion to payback for some statements he made.
2- Kanye West is being targeted similarly to the starting price of $250 Million for some statements he made.
Back in January I reached out to everyone in my network. Warning them that this would happen.
That we are entering a new era of litigation.
What I call THE BIG PAYBACK.
And like James Brown’s song of the same name, It Will Be FUNKY.
Over the next 20+ years the vast majority of men will go down for things they said or typed. This is true with dating scandals, and petty cases in general.
Johnny Depp and Alex Jones were the first example.
Some think they are immune to it.
That is why the Kanye West case is special.
More men are akin to a Kanye West than a beloved Depp or calculated Jones.
Because this is a case of a man making ordinary comments on other people’s platforms.
Notice how the prosecution is not suing the Drink Champs show for presenting it or YouTube for not flagging it. Although time will tell if they are lumped into the settlement.
(If I were the attorney, I’d easily nail everyone as an accomplice. If your attorney is not thinking like me, it’s time to upgrade.)
They may get off free though for different reasons. Since the case is not about holding media producers accountable. Nah. Cases like this are about humiliating individuals to send a message that terrifies the masses.
Similar to how in horror movies, the strong men are first to die. It’s a subtle maneuver that scares the viewers into thinking there’s no hope for the rest of the cast. Smart plot point to make a basic premise 100X scarier. These cases are meant to terrify people into complying with the status quo.
Sending a message to every one that you are not allowed to change history. That the story of the past is set in stone. No one will get away with shifting the narrative at any level.
Downright Stalin-esque the lengths they are going to make sure everyone bites their tongue and suspends critical thinking Or Else.
Do you SEE?
Now it’s up for anyone to find what you said and use it against you to hedge their family’s assets against the current economic collapse.
This is The Era Of The BIG PAYBACK.
It’s not about principles.
All about a generation of kids getting paid so they can take care of their families during the next 20 years of economic hardship. All because they never learned to make a dollar in a respectable manner.
