Most of life is a zero-sum game.
In order for you to enjoy life, others have to lose.
Every dollar you make comes from somewhere, even if it’s from the gub’nit.
Every smile you get eating at a restaurant, comes from the hard work of people who even though they enjoy what they do, would probably rather be doing something else.
I bring this up to remind you of gratitude.
Easy to be grateful when you remember your happiness comes from someone or more likely a lot of people invested in your joy.
If you can read my emails you have a lot of good fortune
If you can master Gratitude, there is massive opportunity for you.
Most have no idea about this though. They don’t know what they don’t know because they hold a belief that it’s all about them.
When really it is all about your relationships.
Particularly the one you have with YOURself.
Inside the League we know this well since Gratitude is at the center of EVERYTHING we each do.
Easy to make effortless wins when you appreciate how things really work.
Makes it easier to turn life into non-zero-sum too. But that game is meant to be sold not told, which I do.
