There’s a key difference between knowing something, understanding something, and being wise about something.
That difference is in what you see.
When you know something you see the data, and know the trivia of the matter.
Example:
Ask anyone about what the President did today, and they’ll tell you. Can’t tell you why though because they do not understand.
When you understand a thing, you SEE relationships between the trivia.
I estimate 20% of people understand things.
Finally, you have the 4% or fewer who are wise.
They SEE what others do not.
That gives them the advantage to be creative.
That is why they are wise.
They can predict what comes next and even make new possibilities since they SEE beyond what is given.
Their super power is: not being blind.
You can be wise too, IF you learn to recognize patterns.
The challenge is that you must want to see them.
You must want to act on them.
That’s why I say 80% of folks will never be wise, nor do they live a life that needs them to be.
So the choice is yours.
